Most in-stock decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home accents and textiles. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hadley James at Home ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all furniture items carry a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning or usage.
